Driving Directions: Conveniently located off Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, NH. Just south of the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. Greenleaf woods drive is located behind Clear Choice MD. After turning on to Greenleaf Woods Drive, you’ll see the numbered buildings on your left hand side, starting with number 1. We’re building 5. There’s plenty of free parking for each building.
Once you’ve parked, enter through the front door and head down the stairs. Our door is on the left. Come on in, wash your lashes if need be, and get cozy in our waiting room while you wait for your appointment!
